New Pharmacy for Newcastle
In October of 2016 we were contacted by a new client who had submitted an application to open a new pharmacy in Newcastle and was waiting for a decision from NHS England. We noted that the client appeared to have applied under the wrong regulation and assisted them in preparing a new application under the correct regulation. Our client withdrew their initial application, but NHS England also refused their second application under regulation 18. We advised the client to appeal and provided them with help and support which enabled them to represent themselves at oral hearing. We are delighted to say that the application was approved.
